Using Your SHAPE to Live On Mission

Last week my boss, Rick Warren, asked me to take over the leadership of the purpose of "missions" for our church. He said to me, "Erik, I want people to live on mission through their SHAPE." This is so great!!! We now are not only helping people see how their SHAPE impacts how they serve God in ministry but also how they reach out into our community and world.
